The exclusive middle U-shaped hollow structure allows large workpieces and equipment components to be embedded in the platform center. Workers can stand on the three-sided solid platform to perform surrounding assembly, welding, inspection and maintenance operations, completely solving the blind spot problem of traditional full-surface lifting platforms. The large customized platform supports multi-person synchronous cooperative work, greatly improving overall operating efficiency.
Ultra-Low Profile Ground Installation, No Civil Works
With an ultra-low folded height of only 90mm, the platform requires no foundation pit excavation, and can be directly fixed on flat concrete ground for rapid installation. It effectively saves workshop civil engineering costs and shortens equipment commissioning cycle, featuring flexible and convenient on-site layout.
Heavy-Duty Structure, Stable Personnel Load Operation
Adopting thickened manganese steel double scissor arm and reinforced overall frame structure, the platform has high rigidity and strong anti-deformation capability. It remains stable without jitter or tilt during full-load multi-person standing operation. Matched with overload protection and hydraulic anti-burst safety devices, it ensures zero-risk operation for personnel aerial work.
Precision Stepless Speed Regulation & Arbitrary Height Locking
