By accessing this website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order for our lifting equipment, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Products and Specifications<\/span><\/h4><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">We strive to ensure that the technical specifications, dimensions, and descriptions of our hydraulic lifts, aerial work platforms, and other machinery are accurate. However, due to our policy of continuous improvement:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><li class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">We reserve the right to modify specifications without prior notice to improve performance.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Customized Orders:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0For customized equipment, the final manufacturing will be strictly based on the technical drawings confirmed and signed by the Buyer.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">3. Orders and Contract<\/span><\/h4><ul class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><li class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Quotation:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0All quotations provided by GRADIN are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Order Confirmation:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0A contract is formed only when the Buyer receives a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) from us and pays the advance deposit.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Cancellation:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0Once production has commenced for customized orders, cancellations are not accepted. Standard orders may be cancelled subject to a restocking fee.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">4. Pricing and Payment Terms<\/span><\/h4><ul class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><li class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Currency:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) unless agreed otherwise.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Payment Methods:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0We primarily accept T\/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and Irrevocable L\/C (Letter of Credit) at sight.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Standard Terms:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0Typically, a 30%-50% deposit is required to start production, with the balance to be paid before shipment or against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B\/L), depending on the agreed Incoterms.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">5. Shipping and Delivery<\/span><\/h4><ul class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><li class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Incoterms:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0We operate according to Incoterms 2020 (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.).<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Lead Time:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0Production lead times are estimates (usually 15-30 days). While we make every effort to deliver on time, GRADIN shall not be liable for delays caused by Force Majeure, shipping carrier delays, or customs clearance issues.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Inspection:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon arrival. Any visible damage to the packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt immediately.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">6. Warranty Policy<\/span><\/h4><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">GRADIN provides a\u00a0<\/span><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">12-month standard warranty<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0for all main structures and key components (hydraulic cylinders, motors, pumps) from the date of receipt.<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><li class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Coverage:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0We will provide free replacement parts and technical guidance for defects caused by manufacturing quality.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Exclusions:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper operation, lack of maintenance, overloading, or unauthorized modifications.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">7. Intellectual Property<\/span><\/h4><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">All designs, technical drawings, images, and content displayed on this website or provided during the customization process are the intellectual property of GRADIN Machinery. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent.<\/span><\/p><h4 class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">8. Limitation of Liability<\/span><\/h4><p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRADIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit) arising from the use or inability to use our equipment.
