Bei Anforderungen, die über unsere technische Standardmatrix hinausgehen, führt unser Ingenieurteam eine Finite-Elemente-Analyse (FEA) durch, um die strukturelle Machbarkeit zu gewährleisten, bevor eine Lösung vorgeschlagen wird.

Um den technischen Vorschlag in die Wege zu leiten, stellen Sie bitte die folgenden Ausgangsdaten zur Verfügung:

Nach der endgültigen Genehmigung der General-Arrangement-Zeichnungen (GA) beträgt die Fertigungsvorlaufzeit in der Regel 4 bis 8 Wochen. Die überdimensionierten Strukturkomponenten sind modular aufgebaut und passen in Standard-Schiffscontainer (20FT/40HQ). Bei der Montage vor Ort werden vorgefertigte Schraubflanschverbindungen und hochbelastbare Luftfahrtzapfen verwendet, wodurch Schweißarbeiten vor Ort überflüssig werden.

Wir bieten einen Standard [12/24]-Monate Garantie auf den strukturellen Rahmen und die primären hydraulischen/elektrischen Komponenten. Um die Ausfallzeiten zu minimieren, wird ein umfassender Satz an Standard-Verbrauchsmaterialien (z. B. Zylinderdichtungssätze, Fahrschalter, Relais) zusammen mit Ihrer Ausrüstung geliefert. Während der Garantiezeit werden Ersatzteile für nicht von Menschen verursachte Ausfälle innerhalb von 48 Stunden per Luftfracht (DHL/FedEx) verschickt.

Über die Garantie hinaus garantieren wir lebenslange technische Unterstützung. Die CAD-Zeichnungen, elektrischen Schaltpläne und Stücklisten Ihrer kundenspezifischen Geräte werden dauerhaft in unserem System archiviert.
