Differing from standard light-duty lifting equipment, this machine features a thickened and reinforced overall frame and impact-resistant transmission structure, which is professionally optimized to carry bulky wood panels, cabinet semi-finished parts, assembled furniture and packaged finished goods. Equipped with an intelligent buffer operation design, it effectively avoids surface scratches, paint peeling and collision damage to high-value wooden products during frequent lifting and circulation. This equipment achieves seamless vertical material transfer between cutting, polishing, edge banding and assembly workshops, as well as efficient cargo turnover between production floors and three-dimensional warehouses. Đúng vậy. Tài liệu kiểm tra chấp nhận tại nhà máy (FAT) và bằng chứng video được bao gồm trong gói tài liệu kỹ thuật của quý khách.

Sau khi bản vẽ Sơ đồ tổng thể (GA) được phê duyệt chính thức, thời gian sản xuất thường là 4 đến 8 tuần. Các bộ phận kết cấu cỡ lớn được thiết kế theo mô-đun để vừa vặn với các container vận chuyển tiêu chuẩn (20FT/40HQ). Quá trình lắp ráp tại công trường sử dụng các kết nối mặt bích bắt vít được thiết kế sẵn và các chốt nối hàng không chịu lực cao, nhờ đó hoàn toàn loại bỏ nhu cầu hàn tại công trường.

Chúng tôi cung cấp một tiêu chuẩn [12/24]Bảo hành [số tháng] áp dụng cho khung kết cấu và các bộ phận thủy lực/điện chính. Ngoài thời hạn bảo hành, chúng tôi cam kết hỗ trợ kỹ thuật trọn đời. Các bản vẽ CAD, sơ đồ điện và danh mục vật tư (BOM) của thiết bị đặt hàng riêng của quý khách sẽ được lưu trữ vĩnh viễn trong hệ thống của chúng tôi. Điều này đảm bảo quý khách sẽ nhận được dịch vụ khắc phục sự cố từ xa liên tục, hướng dẫn bảo trì và cung cấp chính xác các linh kiện thay thế phù hợp trong suốt vòng đời của thiết bị.
